New Sheboygan Water Front Condos Provide a Low-Maintenance Lifestyle
Sheboygan, WI - For the first time in at least 10 years, the City of Sheboygan has a new condo complex being constructed. The City of Sheboygan partnered with Water’s Edge by providing a $700,000 TIF incentive to support the $7,000,000, 32-unit project to restart condo development within the community.
