Wisconsin offering MilliporeSigma up to $1.25M in incentives

SHEBOYGAN FALLS - A global chemicals manufacturer and life sciences company could get up to $1.25 million in tax credits to build an 80,000-square-foot addition to an existing chemical plant in eastern Sheboygan County.

MilliporeSigma could earn those incentives if it ends up investing a promised more than $60 million to build the expansion. It also has to keep the current Sheboygan-area facility’s existing workers and add about 175 new ones, Gov. Scott Walker said during a stop here for a ceremonial groundbreaking Tuesday.
