The Plymouth Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) owns or has an option on 186 acres (57 on the north side of Hwy. 67 and ~112 contiguous acres on the south). The City of Plymouth did create a concept for the 57 northern piece that includes residential and multi-family development; however, other options may be considered. Click here to view the concept.
