Jo-Ann Fabrics opening store in Deer Trace

Jo-Ann Fabrics is opening a new Sheboygan location in Deer Trace Shopping Center, taking a spot now occupied by Michaels.  A spokeswoman for CB Richard Ellis — a brokerage that assisted in the Jo-Ann Fabrics deal — said Jo-Ann Fabrics expects to open at the new location in Spring 2012.
