Youth Apprenticeships

Lakeshore Technical College Apprenticeship Program
Apprenticeship is a structured system of training designed to prepare individuals for skilled occupations. It combines on-the-job training under the supervision of experienced journey workers with related classroom instruction. Lakeshore Technical College is able to offer apprenticeships to their students as well as area, high school students. Examples of apprenticeships offered to students and employers are:

  • Carpentry
  • Industrial Electrician
  • Machinist
  • Toll and Die
  • Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright 
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Sales

Lakeshore Technical College (Future Force)
The LTC FutureForce represents a wide array of students ready to put their skills to work for local business, while developing their work-ready skills through on-site internships. Programs includeMachine Tool CNC Operations, Welding, Human Resources, Accounting, Industrial Maintenance, IT, Electro-Mechnical Technology, Supply Chain Management, etc.

Lakeland University
The Career Development Office can assist your company in finding Lakeland students to meet your needs. We are interested in partnering, so that students can find internships, part-time jobs, professional experiences, and full-time employment. Programs include:Accounting, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, International Business, etc.

University of Wisconsin Green Bay (UWGB) - Sheboygan
Programs include: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Sustainable Management, Communications, Political Science, etc.
