Town of Sheboygan Seeks Development Partner for Interstate Visible 99 Acres

Town of Sheboygan – The Town of Sheboygan is seeking a development partner for ~99 acres in the NE corner of State Hwy 42 and Dairyland Drive visible from Interstate 43 and adjacent to standalone retail and commercial uses are well suited for retail, commercial or residential development. The property is currently known as the “Beuchel Farm.”

The Town is seeking a developer partner to develop the property consistent with the towns comprehensive plan and complementary to contagious parcel. To aid in the development the Town has property ownership rights, able to form a Tax Incremental Financing District and/or institute a special assessment district to aid in infrastructure development.

“The Town of Sheboygan is eager to create a win-win partnership,” stated Town Chair Dan Hein. Hein further stated, “The Town has water and sanitary sewer bordering the property, it is a beautiful piece of land in which several uses could be a good fit.”
